New Walmart Coupon Policy in writing!

This could be a game changer for Walmart. Check out their new written coupon policy. It has some interesting changes! Some highlights:

• They will accept competitor coupons with the a specific price listed.
• Catalina coupons clearly labeled as "manufacturer coupon"
• Change or overage will be given if a coupon exceeds a purchase!
