Have you ever had the FREE Marcal Small Steps product coupon and not been able to find that product? Currently, I have two coupons from recent newspaper inserts but have never found the single rolls or tissue boxes. Hilander carries the multi packs and the coupon can also be used for a $1 off of those.
However, Woodman's carries the single rolls of paper towels and toilet paper so you could get them free with the coupon!
