Want to help a great cause in Rockford and get some help at the same time?

Drs. Caraotta (my chiropractor) and Bowman are having their Rockford Area Pregnancy Center annual special event! Here are the details:

Tuesday, September 15th

ALL SERVICES IN THE OFFICE WILL BE FREE OF CHARGE for everyone who brings a $10 donation (or $15 per family) designated to the Rockford Area Pregnancy Center.


Free services that day include:
- All Chiropractic and Orthopedic Exams for spinal and joint related problems
- Second Opinion Evaluations
- Treatments
- X-rays

All patients (current, past, and new) are welcome to attend.

There will be 25 door prizes, and a grand prize drawing for a $200.00 gift certificate. You will receive one ticket for the drawing, just for your attendance, and 10 additional tickets for every guest you bring, refer or send in. Mega Refreshments will be served throughout the day.
